Terms of service

1. Order Notice

All custom orders require 14 days notice and can be placed via the Contact Us tab and require a payment to be confirmed. Orders over $100 will require a 50% deposit to confirm. The remaining balance is due at least 7 days before the pick-up/delivery date. IF final payment is not received, you will be forfeiting your possession of it come date requested. For any order less than $100, the full amount is due immediately to confirm your order. WITHOUT PAYMENT ORDER IS NOT CONFIRMED! A RUSH FEE of $10 will be applied to all custom orders under $50 with less than 7 days notice, and $15 for all other orders over $50. A $25 rush fee will be charged for anything less than 48 hours with availability. For cancellations before 72 hours of delivery/pick-up date, a partial refund of 50% of the amount paid, will be payable to the customer; any cancellations thereafter will NOT be subject to a refund. After payment is received, any changes of date, size, style or flavor of cake or other treats requested, cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges. If your date for an order has changed after payment is made and we’re fully booked on your new date, our cancelation policy will be put in place.  
 

2. Damage Waiver
We are not responsible for any damage to item after delivery or pick-up is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and or environment for cake(s) and or other desserts. Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy structure, and optimal room temperature of 75 degrees or below. KEEP OUT OF DIRECT SUNLIGHT!! If you or your representative elect to pick up and set up the cake(s) and or other desserts, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of them once it leaves Sweetly Vegan, Cakes & Co's possession. No refund will be given for damaged products after it's out of our possession! 
 
3. Photographs

On occasion we will photograph our desserts and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you. 
 
 
4. Refunds

Given the perishable nature of our items, all items are final sale! There are no returns, refunds or cancellations allowed on any orders that have delivered/pick-up.

If we are unable to provide your order due to emergency or any fault of our own, a FULL REFUND will be payable to the customer.
